SmartScan allows you to scan Mastery Manager answer forms on the fly by using your device's camera. Students can easily scan their assessment and get instant results. Teachers can scan multiple answer forms for any assessment while the app keeps track of forms scanned. Easily see what Mastery Manager forms have been scored and what forms are still missing. All results will be immediately sent to Mastery Manager for advanced reporting. The SmartScan App requires a subscription to Mastery Manager and the SmartScan Module to be turned on.

SmartScan Go will now prompt teachers to review and accept or reject scans when it detects unanswered questions (i.e. no filled bubbles for a question). If necessary, teachers can then make corrections to the form or to lighting/scanning conditions and rescan to ensure the form has scanned completely and correctly.
Improvements to Glare Check
Continued optimization of the SmartScan Glare Check engine. If SmartScan Go detects that lighting conditions are causing glare on the form and thus cannot reliably or accurately scan the form, it will prompt the teacher to try again under improved conditions.
